Golden Retriever Toffee is my long time bestest buddy and sometimes his humans go away for a little bit, so he stays at home in the brilliant care of a very nice lady called Norma.  He is such a lucky boy since Norma always has yum-yummy goodies.  When I visit him, we both try very hard to impress Norma with our brilliant doggie manners for maximum treat consumption! 

Mission successful! 🙂

Toffee loves Norma and although she runs around and plays games with him, during this short time,  his life is a lot quieter than usual.  Perhaps that’s why he is extra happy to see me for some doggie playtime! 

So, when Toffee’s humans are away these are our most favourite things we get up to…tee hee!

First things first – the chase is on:

Plenty of time to practise our dance moves:

It’s then to the kitchen to make a well-earned snack:

Some table-football whilst we let our food go down:

Then a relaxing promenade round the pool for some reflection gazing:

Once our energy is back…we’re off again on our jungle run:

Then on to the pond to watch the fish show.  Toffee has got the best fish television I’ve seen:

We can also squeeze in some extra cardio training in his super-dog fitness room:

After all that…we are happy to have a quiet moment on his bench:

When it’s time for me to go, we enjoy a final play wrestle:

……and one more jump around:

Happy and satisfied we have some extra cuddles and treats from Norma and Vikki before our nap…

I know Toffee misses his humans lots …..but I’m pleased we can still have some fun together. 🙂
